Product Highlights

Image
Icon MRI Guard 24/7

Efficient, Automated MRI Access

MRI Guard 24/7: Always-on sensors provide automatic switch to MRI mode when the patient enters the MRI environment. Automatic switch to permanent mode following the scan.

Image
Icon Simplify Care Pathways

Streamlined Same-Day Discharge

EarlyCheck & QuickCheck: Automatically sends remote device report two hours following implant, with additional on-demand transmissions any time.

Image
Icon Closed Loop Stimulation CLS

The Market's Only Myocardial Contractility Measurement

CLS: Translates changes in myocardial impedance to pacing rate changes based on metabolic demand. Now programmable with up to 30 ms in V-to-V offset in CRT-P patients.

Icon MRI Guard 24/7

Efficient, Automated MRI Access with MRI Guard 24/7

Amvia Edge's MRI Guard 24/7 provides an automatic MRI mode switch for easy MRI examinations without pre- and post-scan reprogramming2,7

  • Pre- and post-MRI scan programming can take up to 28 minutes,6 which adds waiting time for the patient.
  • BIOTRONIK’s proprietary MRI Guard 24/7 feature provides an always-on sensor that eliminates pre- and post-scan reprogramming requirements.
Icon Simplify Care Pathways

Streamlined Same-Day Discharge

Same-day cardiac implanted electronic device (CIED) discharge has shown savings of more than $4,000 per patient8 with no difference in complications, readmission rates or mortality. Amvia Edge offers dedicated features to help streamline same-day discharge.

  • EarlyCheck provides remote follow-up two hours post-implant, supporting efficient workflows and potentially reducing additional waiting time.2
  • QuickCheck provides healthcare professionals with on-demand remote transmissions, available within minutes.*2
Icon Closed Loop Stimulation CLS

The Market’s Only Myocardial Contractility Sensor

Patients require individual pacing rate adaption during physiologic changes. Metabolic demands can be influenced by factors outside of physical activity, such as mental stress or pharmaceutical influence.

  • Closed Loop Stimulation (CLS) continuously translates variations in myocardial contractility into physiologic pacing rate changes.
  • CLS is the only pacing algorithm shown to lower the risk of subclinical AF in patients with sinus node disease and an implanted pacemaker.
    • The Burden 3 trial showed a 16% reduction of risk of subclinical AF for CLS compared to conventional rate-responsive pacing with accelerometer (DDDR).9
  • CLS is proven effective across a wide range of patients, including:
    • Sinus node dysfunction10
    • Atrial Tachycardia / Atrial Fibrillation11
    • Heart Failure12
    • Elderly Patients13
    • Syncope14
Icon Manage Atrial Arrhythmias

Automated Atrial Arrhythmia Management

Atrial tachycardia can increase the risk of stroke and heart failure, while decreasing quality of life. Amvia Edge’s Atrial ATP (aATP) can help address stable atrial arrhythmia.

  • aATP provides multiple automatic therapies in response to detected stable atrial arrhythmia, which may reduce atrial burden, thus helping to avoid atrial remodeling and further buildup of AF.2,5
  • aATP continuously checks a patient’s atrial rhythm and automatically delivers therapies. Therapies can be repeated after atrial rhythm change has been detected.
Icon 20 LV Pacing Polarities

Industry-Leading Choice of LV Pacing Polarities1

Amvia Edge CRT-P offers 20 LV pacing polarities, giving you more options to select the most responsive one - including options for basal pacing, Phrenic Nerve Stimulation (PNS) management and electronic repositioning.

Icon Auto LV VectorOpt

Fast and Easy Vector Selection with Auto LV VectorOpt

Amvia Edge CRT-P's Auto LV VectorOpt provides the optimal vector choice across 20 vectors in less than 2.5 minutes.2

  • Auto LV VectorOpt provides automatic threshold measurements with fast and easy access to parameters that indicate the optimal choice.
Icon CRT AutoAdapt

Continuous CRT Optimization with CRT AutoAdapt

Amvia Edge CRT-P features CRT AutoAdapt:

  • Every minute,3 CRT AutoAdapt automatically adjusts to changes in the patient’s condition, thus providing continuous CRT adaptation and allowing for more personalized response.
  • Automatic AV delay optimization with focus on clinically relevant intrinsic timing.
  • Automatic selection of paced chambers based on A-RV and A-LV conduction patterns.
  • Saves battery life with up to 12 years, 1 month in LV-only pacing.4
